We understand that supporting people can sometimes be tough, and having safe spaces to reflect can be helpful. Thanks to funding from WCVA, we’re able to offer wellbeing support to people working or volunteering in safeguarding roles within Welsh organisations. This includes team training, individual counselling, and critical incident debriefs.
You can book directly on to a training session below.
If you have a large team, we can deliver training sessions directly to your workplace. To learn more about this, as well as our counselling and critical incident support, just get in touch

Counselling and Talking therapies
Access specialist support when you need it. Maybe something’s happened that you need to process, or maybe you just want to check in with yourself and your mental health.
We are a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Counselling Service, and we have a large team of friendly counsellors who work with people facing a wide range of challenges.

Critical incident debriefs
A safe space to help support your teams during times of burnout, conflict or a traumatic event.
For example, a team member might have come across someone who passed away or experienced a traumatic event. Offering this space allows people to process what has happened and what they’ve experienced.
Please note – this isn’t a 24/7 service – we can usually book a session within a week after getting in touch.
