Hello, I’m Liza, a wellbeing centered Executive Leadership Coach and Organisational Development Consultant.

With over 30 years of experience as a change leader and people manager in the NHS, I am passionate about creating supportive, psychologically safe environments. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that well-being and inclusivity are at the heart of effective workplace culture and that when people thrive, the whole organisation thrives.

I am a ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Leadership Coach and Mentor, Action Learning Set Facilitator, After Action Review Practitioner, Yoga and Reiki Teacher.

I also hold a Master’s Degree in Organisations and Social Change, and I have researched harassment and bullying within the NHS and written a book and creative journals to support people affected by bullying. My interest in this area now focuses on creating preventative strategies and shifting ‘power over’ to ‘power sharing’ within teams making meaningful and sustainable cultural transformation.

As an Associate with Platfform Wellbeing, I provide wellbeing-centered executive leadership coaching, organisational development consulting, staff supervision, reflective practice sessions, and ‘Thrive at Work’ mindfulness meditation sessions.

Outside of work, I love being in nature, walking or cold water swimming. I also love reading, yoga and meditation, and spending quality time with my husband and our two teenagers.
