Hello, I’m Marie. I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor working with adults, individuals and couples.

Alongside my core counselling training, I’ve undertaken additional specialist training to support parents through the often complex and overwhelming emotions that can arise when starting a family. My specialist areas include birth trauma, infertility, baby loss and perinatal mental health, supporting both the birthing parent and their partner, either individually or together as a couple in a compassionate and non-judgemental space.

I also have extensive experience supporting people affected by substance use. During my time working for a substance use charity within a homelessness department, I provided counselling to individuals exploring the underlying trauma and life experiences that had contributed to using substances as a way of coping. This work reinforced my belief that understanding the root causes of distress is key to lasting healing and change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time at the beach—usually on my paddleboard when the Welsh weather allows—or exploring new places with my husband and son.
