Hi, I’m Lowri, an integrative person-centred counsellor offering face-to-face counselling across South Wales and online sessions throughout the UK. I provide counselling in both Welsh and English and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable to them.
I work with adults, children and young people, supporting a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low mood, depression, grief and bereavement, low self-esteem, confidence difficulties, workplace challenges, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years supporting university students with their mental health and wellbeing, giving me a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students and those working within higher education.
My integrative approach is tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. Where appropriate, I may incorporate breathwork and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation.
I enjoy supporting individuals from all walks of life as they navigate their own therapeutic journey, helping them build greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and confidence.
