I’m an Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support our work together. My focus is on creating a compassionate, accepting space where you can feel truly valued. From this foundation of safety and trust, we can begin to explore what’s going on for you.
Counselling offers a chance to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Through this process, you may gain a deeper understanding of yourself and, when it feels right, feel empowered to make changes in your life.
I hold a Level 6 qualification in British Sign Language and am able to work with people whose first language is BSL or SSE. My background includes working with deaf young people in educational settings, which has given me a strong insight into the d/Deaf community and an understanding of the additional challenges that can come with navigating a predominantly hearing world.
I also have experience and knowledge in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those who are neurodivergent.
