Ever since he reluctantly qualified as a Football/Soccer Coach at age 18 during his pro/semi pro playing career, Rob has been fascinated how coaching profoundly helps people. 40 plus years on, through several entrepreneurial careers, copious academic and professional training, and many life experiences, Rob has learned that he’s a Coach, in whatever he does.

In the leadership and life development arena, Rob is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – International Coaching Federation). He has more than 2,500 registered and supervised coaching hours and is currently a Master Certified Coach (MCC – ICF) Candidate. In the sports arena, Rob also worked for 11 years as a full-time professional coach and held a FIFA ‘A’ Football/Soccer coaching licence for 13 years.

Rob holds a Master of Divinity Degree (MDiv) and two other post-graduate qualifications including Coaching Practice.

Rob has founded, established, and carefully passed on several businesses and charities. He has also served as trustee on numerous boards. In addition, he has created, authored, and established several professional and university accredited courses, currently serving on two theology training faculties on two continents.

Rob is currently founding director of Missional Links Wales and also enjoys roles as consultant, coach, international speaker on two continents, lecturer, trainer, mentor, business owner, strategist and social entrepreneur… but his favourite roles are husband, father to three adult boys, and grandfather to five precious grandchildren.
