My name is Mandy.

In the types of therapy I work with, each session is guided by the client, using a variety of humanistic therapy approaches.

The important thing for people to know is that therapy is a safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be explored safely and without judgment. The goal is to work together and navigate a can path, where you feel understood and hopefully see a way forward more clearly.

I have specialist training in working with adults who have experienced the trauma of childhood or adult sexual violence. I also have experience working with people going through difficulties with domestic abuse, childhood trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

My interests are swimming, walking my dog, reading, and sleeping!
